My client first philosophy:

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Flagstaff real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

My Background:

I moved to the U.S. in 1999 to improve my English. I fell in love with this country and my husband, James, so this is now my home. Initially, I knew very little English and struggled to bring it up to college level. I then worked full-time and acquired a second bachelor degree from Georgia State University in Policy Study. Additionally I have a B.A. in Business Administration from Thailand.

I moved to Flagstaff in late 2005 and discovered that I was finally home. Flagstaff is the perfect fit for James, my dog "Rex" and I. We love Flagstaff for many reasons including the small community feel and abundant outdoor activities in this picturesque place. During my time in the U.S. many people have helped me overcome challenges during difficult times. I will always be very grateful to these kind individuals. I now am in a position to give back and I want to help others.

I am so grateful for the opportunities this great country has afforded me with my loving family, beautiful home and career that full fills me.

Nopporn went WAY above and beyond what I would expect for a real estate professional. Aside from the normal duties of showing me homes, knowing which neighborhoods are better than others, and knowing the required documents and what we should and should not ask for in a contract, Nopporn was helpful in many other tangible and intangible ways. Being that I lived out of town, it was very difficult for me to complete a lot things I should have. Nopporn offered, and I took her up on them, to setup and attend inspections, setup and confirm required repairs, assist with utility setup, assist with driving in the snow, gave advice on how I would be able to get in and out of my specific driveway.

Even after the deal was closed, Nopporn offered to be at the home if I was out of town and I wanted to schedule improvements to the home. She offered to be at my home and let flooring specialists in, and lock up afterwards. Same with painters, etc. And when we were in the home on weekends preparing the house for our move in, and we got snowed in, Nopporn offered to bring us supplies (food, water) if we needed to, knowing we did not have 4X4 vehicles and we may not be able to get out of our home.

All in all, I was extremely impressed with Nopporn. Thank you!!

Nopporn was fantastic. She facilitated every step in the process and we almost certainly we would never have found and gotten this home without her. She continued to support us even after the closing. She started as our agent and ended up as our friend. She is the best agent with which we have ever worked.
