These quiet adjoining neighborhoods are at the farthest northwestern point still within Flagstaff city limits. These family friendly neighborhoods are on HWY180 just across from Shultz Pass Rd. Access to over 100 miles of best hiking, biking and horse back riding trails in all northern AZ is just across the street. Downtown is a quick 5 minute drive or 8 minutes by bike on the Flagstaff Urban Trails (FUTS) which borders the southeastern side of the neighborhoods. Continue 5 minutes up 180 and you are at Snowbowl Rd. This is the premiere location for outdoor enthusiasts. |

Coconino Estates |

Coconino Estates is north of downtown and just west of Highway 180 is generally referred to as Coconino Estates although it technically includes Malapais Estate, Kachina Estates, Antelope Valley, Clark Homes, Mountain View and Kaibab Plaza. Most of the homes were built in the 50's and 60's with some newer, larger homes towards the back. Many of the garages and carports have been converted to provide extra living space. Many of the homes have bonus of a grandfathered well for landscape watering. Homes in this area range from the $300K to the $450K in the older area and homes in Malapais and Kachina Estates with larger homes on larger lots can go to well over $500K. |

Forest Highlands |

Forest Highlands, Flagstaff AZ, established in 1987, this 1,100 acre community is located five miles south of Flagstaff. Older and newer custom style properties on acreage parcels are interspersed throughout and represent the high end of the neighborhood pricing. There are some multi-family/condo/apartment style housing interspersed within this area but not considered to pose a detriment to the neighborhood marketability. |

Railroad Springs Townhomes are some of the newest townhouses located right at the entrance of the actual neighborhood. These beautiful townhouses range from large 4-story townhomes and are approx. 1,800 sq.ft. to approx. 2,200 sq.ft. with prices starting around $240K.
